John Taylor is the archetypical old-style butcher. Customers go for miles to see him cut meat - or if they don't, they should. His delivery is gruff but has a certain entertainment value. Customers love it. On the downside, there is nothing to indicate where the meat comes from. This is their small shop, the bigger one is in Earlsdon in Coventry.
